Shipping policy

When you check out, the shipping cost will be calculated.

We also offer a flat rate and will try to fit as many fish as possible in the box based on their weight and dimensions.

If applicable, we also offer combined shipping.

The shipping schedule depends on the carrier, and we avoid shipping on weekends to minimize transportation time.

Shipping occurs weekly on Mondays and Tuesdays except during holidays when everything is closed. If you want to delay shipping, there is a fee of $5 per week. We include a heat pack if necessary, but we don't ship if temperatures are below 30 F or above 90 F to ensure the safety of the fish.

 

We will not honor the DOA policy if a slow or cheaper rate is selected for shipping where the delivery time is not guaranteed by the carrier.
